FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: in the acoustic nozzle for atomizing liquids, an additional disc atomizer is attached to the bottom of the screw atomizer housing. The disc atomizer consists of a threaded sleeve with a central hole connected to the rod cavity by means of a calibrated hole. The disc atomizer also consists of an upper disc and a lower solid disc. The upper disc is rigidly connected to the threaded sleeve with the central hole. The lower solid disc is connected to the upper disc by means of, at least, three fasteners with the formation of a throttling gap between the discs.

EFFECT: improving the efficiency of liquids atomization.
