FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to oil refining and can be used for heating of oil raw material with increased content of solids. As per the first version, invention includes box housing with chambers in which there arranged is convection and radiant coils and burners at the furnace bottom. Radiant coil is made of vertical tubes and equipped with traps for solids in the form of channel-shaped elements which are installed on lower reducers between risers and downcomers of the coil, interconnected with reducers through holes and connected to steam supply lines and solids outlet lines from trap. Traps are installed at the distance of not less than 30% from the inlet of raw material to radiant coil. As per the second version, tube furnace has radiant coil made of horizontal tubes on the ends of which there installed are traps for solids in the form of closed tubular elements interconnected with ends of horizontal tubes through holes and connected to steam supply lines and solids outlet lines. Traps are also installed at the distance of not less than 30% from the inlet of raw material to radiant coil. The zones in which traps are arranged both as per the first version and as per the second version are separated from radiation chamber with partitions.

EFFECT: preventing coke deposits on inner tube surface of radiant coil by means of discrete removal of solids.
