Cyclic aprotic solvent usage in the proposed method provides reliable detection of signal at lower denaturation temperatures compared to conventional compositions for hybridization.
EFFECT: invention eliminates application of formamide or reduces the dependence on formamide during hybridization of double-stranded nucleic acid sequences.
