SUBSTANCE: analog-to-digital conversion method involves supplying the converted signal to the first input of the first and the second adders and supplying the reference signals a0 and b0 to the second adder inputs, wherein the signal is supplied from the first adder output equal to (X+a0) to the measuring input of the output code comparing and generating unit, and the signal from the second adder output, equal to (b1X+b0), is supplied to the reference input of the output code comparing and generating unit, the signal regulation (b1X+b0) is performed in the output code comparing and generating unit till its equality with the signal (X+a0).
EFFECT: expanding the dynamic range of the measurement.
