SUBSTANCE: core modules are formed as a fractal unit of canine-odontomer, additional modules are formed according to the invention as a part of a fractal unit of canine-odontomer. Three-dimensional shape of tricuspid masticatory surface relief is divided into segments consisting of core and additional modules. They are made of a composite material by industrial method. Each fragment is placed in a sterile package for storage, corresponding to the specific form of the tricuspid part which needs to be restored. Then, during the process of restoring the missing fragment within a crown part of the tricuspid, preparation of solid tissues, their medicamental treatment, adhesion technology are carried out. A layer of a fluid composite is applied on the defect area, within which a necessary pre-made fragment is placed, it is adapted to the existing hard tooth tissues and polymerized. Then, stage of grinding and polishing is carried out.

EFFECT: method enables to improve esthetic and functional qualities of the restored tooth, reduce the time spent in the restoration.
