FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry, and aims at teeth restoration/reconstruction in generalised dental abrasion to 2 mm of crown length. The oral cavity is examined that involves digital segmented photofixation of the clinical state of frontal and lateral teeth of the upper and lower jaws. The teeth of the upper and lower jaws are divided into six segments: four segments including lateral teeth, and two segments including frontal teeth forming two frontal and four lateral segments. The digital photofixation data of the clinical state of the dentitions are processed. Then interalveolar heightening by 2 mm is started with applying a composite. The restoration of a lost teeth crown is staged. The procedure starts with the final restoration of canine height of the lower jaw. Then the temporary restoration of a masticatory surface of the lateral teeth follows. Thereafter, the restoration of the crown height of the lower incisors and all upper frontal teeth is applied. And the final stage involves the final restoration of the lateral teeth. The stage of the final restoration/reconstruction of the lateral teeth combines the restoration of the occlusion height and elimination of crown caries defects.
EFFECT: method allows to eliminate dental defects of the upper and lower jaws at the initial stage of solid abrasion process with ensuring prolonged dentition restoration/reconstruction, alignment of an occlusion plane towards the frontal teeth from the molars.
