FIELD: medicine, orthopedic dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to form and correct stabilizing contacts on the chewing, cutting, and proximal surfaces of teeth in patients with occlusal articulation disorders. A method of occlusal correction of stabilizing contacts of teeth occlusion includes taking impressions and plaster models of the upper and lower jaws, registering the central ratio and scanning the models. The resulting virtual models the occlusal contacts of the antagonists are reproduce and a holding stabilizing interdental relationship is created. Models from computer prototypes of dentition are made with the help of a 3D printer. From the printed layouts, silicone keys are obtained with a transparent vinyl polysiloxane material, holes are made in them for injection of a fluid composite of medium fluidity in the middle of the cutting edge of the anterior teeth and the tearing tubercle of the canines perpendicular to the slopes of the tubercles of the chewing teeth, after which the sequential restoration of the occlusal surfaces of the teeth is carried out in accordance with a computer prototype method photopolymerization of the composite through a transparent silicone material obtained from a model of a computer prototype of the dentition. The composite is injected and photopolymerized through the injection holes at the first stage into the region of the mesial slopes of the upper premolars and molars, the distal slopes of the lower premolars and molars, the oral surface of the upper incisors and the vestibular surface of the lower incisors, at the second stage into the projection of the tearing tubercle and distal, medial angles upper canines and lower canines, at the third stage into the region of the vestibular slopes of the palatine cusps of the premolars and molars of the upper jaw and the oral slopes of the buccal cusps of the premolars and molars of the lower jaw, at the fourth stage into the region of the oral slopes of the palatine cusps of the premolars and molars of the upper jaw and into the region of the vestibular slopes lingual cusps of premolars and molars of the lower jaw, at the fifth stage into the area of oral slopes of the buccal cusps of premolars and molars of the upper jaw and into the region of vestibular slopes of the buccal cusps of premolars and molars of the lower jaw.
EFFECT: ensuring accuracy of teeth closing in patients with occlusal-articulation disorders due to occlusal correction of stabilizing contacts of teeth closing, which ensures the formation of holding dental relationships, taking into account front, back and side sliding.
