FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: restoration of the multi-rooted tooth crown part by modeling of the anatomical features of the surface comprises the steps of a modular dental monolith reconstruction. The modules are formed as odontomer canines. At the first restoration stage, the future location of cusps volume centers near the restored tooth is determined, focusing on the preserved anatomical structures of crown. Further, determining the vestibular-medial corner, regardless of direction and sequence of procedures, the odontomer volume center is laid, determining the oral-medial angle, the anterior palatal odontomer volume center is laid. Then, turning to the distal-oral angle, the distal-palatal odontomer center is laid, moving to the distal-vestibular crown angle, the posterior-buccal odontomer volume is set. At that, after the odontomer volume centers are set, the correct arrangement of the centers relative to the dental arch lines and adjacent teeth, as well as the opposite dentition, is evaluated. Based on the inspection results, centers location is adjusted in the process of further modeling. At the second stage, volume is subsequently built-up on each of the laid odontomer centers, considering anatomical tooth elements.

EFFECT: method allows to fix the bite height and stabilization due to cusp-to-groove contact, as well as to create a surface relief for bolus processing, its preparation for further fermentation in the digestive system.
