FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a device (M) and a method for placing objects (T, T1, T2) having the first end (Te) and the protruding edge (Tb) near the first end (Te) with alternating along single packing rows (F). In particular, the objects (T, T1, T2) are placed so that they rest on the first end (Te) and are divided into the first group (A) of the objects (T1) and the second group (B) of objects (T2). Thereinafter the objects (T1) of the first group (A) are moved counterclockwise along the first circular arc (C1) defined on the first plane (X1), and simultaneously the objects (T2) of the second group (B) are moved on the second circular arc (C2) defined on the second plane (X2) parallel to the first plane (X1). After that, the objects (T1) of the first group (A) and the objects (T2) of the second group (B) are alternately transported in the free-fall mode in the same direction (Y), preferably perpendicular to the ground. Finally, the objects (T1) of the first group (A) in said stade of free-fall are rotated clockwise by the third circular arc (C3), so that after the rotation the objects (T1) do not rest more on the first end (Te), and the objects (T2 ) of the second group (B) at said stage of free-fall are rotated counterclockwise by the fourth circular arc (C4), so that after the rotation the objects (T2) do not rest more on the first end (Te) wherein the third circular arc (C3) and the fourth circular arc (C4) are defined on a plane (Z), perpendicular to the first plane (X1) and the second plane (A2), in order to stack the objects (T, T1, T2) on top of one another alternately along the single packing rows (F).
EFFECT: providing a device, simple and economical in manufacture, for placing objects comprising the first end and the protruding edge near the first end, with alternating in single packing rows; provide a device which is not bulky and, consequently, implies creating short and simple ways for the objects; providing a simple and effective way to place objects that contain the first end and the protruding edge near the first end, with alternating in single package rows.
