SUBSTANCE: invention relates to video reproduction, and in particular, to the method and apparatus for simultaneously reproducing multiple videos. This technical result is achieved in that the method is proposed for reproducing multiple videos in a device comprising the first decoder for decoding the video and the controller for controlling the decoder, which comprises defining of the controller, whether the first decoder is used, generating video clips by decoding the video by means of the controller as the second decoder, if the first a decoder is used, and preserving video clips saved in the memory unit and simultaneous playing video clips saved in the memory unit, in response to detecting a request for preview.
EFFECT: invention provides high performance of the portable terminal by means of simultaneous playing multiple videos without time for buffering.
