FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the measuring equipment, and in particular, to the methods of high-precision (less than 1 ms) measurement synchronization in the intelligent electronic devices, vector registers combining the devices, optical voltage transformers, intelligent power meters and other measuring devices connected to the general electrical network and having a voltage measurement channel at the connection point to the network, internal clocks, microprocessor or electronic computing devices that implement the synchronization algorithm and the possibility of the bilateral information exchange with the integrating systems of the upper layer or between them. The essence of the measurement synchronization method in the electrical networks by frequency and voltage phase of the power network is time synchronization of the internal clock that is a subordinate measuring device (MD) to the main MD clock based on the code sequence values of the measured network voltage signal frequency formed thereby for each of its period at the predetermined time interval. The amount of the clock dissynchronization is determined by the maximum correlation coefficient value of the compared frequency schedules. Improving the synchronization accuracy is achieved by concerning the estimated offset value of the voltage phase angles and systematic instability of the quartz clock subordinate MD generators.
EFFECT: improving accuracy, reliability and security of the synchronization systems, the issuance absence of the additional higher harmonics.
