The configuration of this type provides the air replacement around the aerial fuse into the negative ions in accordance with the positive charge of the particular element and the charge exclusion due to the ions attraction to the positive charges of the particular element, decreasing the lubrication charge value.
EFFECT: increase of viscous resistance in the bearing.
