SUBSTANCE: vehicle braking force generation device includes the rotating element, the friction element, the clamping device and the electrostatic charge neutralizer of the self-discharge type, provided on the surface of the certain element. The electrostatic charge neutralizer of the self-discharge type replaces the air around the electrostatic charge neutralizer of the self-discharge type with negative air ions in accordance with the positive charges amount, accumulated by the certain element and neutralizes the charge as the result of the negative air ions attraction by the positive charges of the certain element for neutralisation in order to reduce the amount of the certain element charge and, thus, reduce the amount of the lubricant charge.

EFFECT: possibility of charge neutralisation, accumulated in the device lubrication without the need to use the special devices and the lubricant viscosity increase.
