SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention consists in the simultaneous action on the fuel composition of the oxidation-active components CO2-containing gas-phase system, while limiting the concentration of nitrogen dioxide, oxygen, nitric acid in it.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the separation of cesium from the effluent gas stream to a level of less than 0,1 percent when more than 99,8 percent of tritium is removed during the process of the fragmentation of SNF.
