SUBSTANCE: obtained electrode material of the formula A (M1-xM'x) PO4(F1-yOy) with the crystal structure of the type "potassium-titanyl-phosphate" (PTP), wherein A presents an alkali metal, M - transition metal, M'- the metal is used as the modifying agent, where 0≤x≤0.3; 0≤y≤1. The crystal structure of the synthesized material has orthorhombic and durable three-dimensional framework constructed from polyhedra, in extended cavities of which alkali-metal atoms are located.

EFFECT: obtained material has a high energy density, capable of operating at speeds in excess of 10C cycling with the volume change during the cycling, not exceeding 5 per cent.
