FIELD: fuel combustion devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas burning devices and can be used as test equipment for reproduction of torch burning of gas pipeline breakthrough in laboratory and field conditions. Device for simulating combustion during gas line breakthrough includes gas cylinder, flexible hoses, cock, ignition wand and nozzle, on elongated bed made of metal pipe with guide loops, fixed front support with conical reflecting screen and shut-off valve in front of vertical gas nozzle through double-arm lever, brace and horizontal tie-rod installed in guide hinges, connected to pressure lever located on rear support, and on main flexible hose placed in foundation pipe, before shut-off valve there is T-joint connected by short flexible hose to evaporator and, through valve, with ignition burner.

EFFECT: invention allows reproducing intense vertical flare simulating a gas pipeline breakthrough, providing safety for the researcher and high repeatability of the experiments.
