SUBSTANCE: polishing liquid paste comprises abrasive material, triethanolamine, stearic acid, liquid sodium glass and water. Grinding slurry is used as abrasive material, containing 74 wt % of SiC, at the following component ratio, wt %: grinding production slurry containing silicon carbide, 74 wt % - 30, stearic acid - 7, liquid sodium glass - 2, triethanolamine - 2, water - the rest.

EFFECT: environmental improvement due to grinding slurry recycling, lower final product costs and increased process efficiency.
