FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed dispenser (30) for dispencing of sheets (4) of the web material from a stack of web material sheets. The dispenser (30) includes biasing device (58) adapted to bias the stack (2) in the direction of the dispensing opening (36) of the dispenser (30) and the locking element (38) linked with a dispensing opening (36). The locking element (38) is designed to prevent stack ejection (2) through the dispencing opening (36) by the biasing device (58). The space (40) for the stack in the dispenser is designed for placing the stack (2). Near the dispensing opening (36) the first plane (42) passes in the direction (44) of the first plane, passing in the direction of the dispensing opening (36) and the second plane (42') extends in the direction (44') of the second plane extending in the direction of the dispensing opening (36). Opening section (46) has an opening width (W) and is substantially aligned with the space (40) for the stack so that the directions (44, 44') of the first and the second planes extend continuously through the opening section (46). Furthermore, a method of dispensing of a pack comprising at least two sheets of web material is proposed.
