SUBSTANCE: end plug intended for axial insertion into centre of paper roll end is provided with retaining element arranged with the possibility to retain and/or direct specified end of paper roll into proper position in dispensing device. End plug includes external cartridge having outer end and inner end. Retaining element is connected to specified cartridge by facility that allows for axial displacement of retaining element from the first position of transportation into the second position of use. Retaining element protrudes out of external end of specified cartridge. After displacement into specified first position of transportation, retaining element is detachably retained in this position. There are designs developed for roll of sanitary-hygienic paper, pack of paper rolls, dispensing device, as well as method for packing of paper rolls.
EFFECT: convenience in storage and transportation.
