SUBSTANCE: solid electrolyte based on complex bismuth oxides in the system CaO-Bi2O3-Fe2O3 contains, mol.%: CaO 4-26, Bi2O3 - 45-80, Fe2O3 0-40 moles.%. The method for producing a solid electrolyte is characterized in that the synthesis of the samples is carried out by a solid-phase method, for which a mixture of calcium carbonate CaCO3, Bismuth oxide Bi2O3 and iron oxide Fe2O3, Taken in the ratios corresponding to the synthesised composition, are homogenized in a planetary mill for 15 minutes at a speed of 350 rpm, after which the charge is compressed into tablets at a pressure of about 10 MPa and burned in two stages in air in corundum crucibles at 650 and 750°C - for 6 hours at each temperature, with an intermediate grinding between firing to homogenize the reactants.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to synthesise new ceramic materials whose conductivity has a mixed oxygen-electronic character with the possibility of varying the ratio of its constituents, which makes the obtained materials promising in many branches of technology.
