FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: nickel nanoparticles immobilized on an ion-exchange resin are used as the catalyst, the reactants are fed directly to the catalyst by two streams, the first of which is hydrogen supplied at a flow rate of 2500 l/(kgcath), the second - unsaturated bicyclic compound, supplied at a flow rate of 7.2 l/(kgcath), and the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 80-130°C.
EFFECT: simplification of the method for the reduction of unsaturated bicyclic compounds and a decrease in the reaction time.
