SUBSTANCE: method for polymerization is described, comprising polymerizing the monomer and comonomer, effluent retraction comprising solid polymer and a mixture comprising unreacted monomer and unreacted comonomer in the direction of the effluent extraction system at high pressure. The pressure in the extraction system at high pressure is at least 0.5 MPa. The system comprises a separation step at high pressure to separate the vapour comprising the unreacted monomer and comonomer from the said solids and the recycle system at high pressure, where a part of the steam is fed into the recycle system of the polymerization reaction. Solids from the extracting system at high pressure are directed to the recovery system at low pressure. The pressure in the extraction system at low pressure is less than 0.5 MPa. The system comprises a separation step at low pressure to separate the additional amounts of the unreacted monomer and the unreacted comonomer from the said solids and the recycle system at low pressure. A part of the steam separated in the separation stage at high pressure, is fed to the extraction system at low pressure.

EFFECT: increased cleaning efficiency by blowing the extraction systems at high and low pressure from undesirable components, as well as reduction of the useful components losses.
