The internal cavity is filled toroids pressure medium, the value of which varies depending on the depth of immersion canister to maintain the shape of the toroid to a depth. The liquid can be used as the working medium. It can be used as the hard material (composite materials, steel) and isotropic or orthotropic elastic material for toroids canister housing.
EFFECT: possibility of reducing the weight characteristics, increase the payload and the depth of application of foam.
