FIELD: emergency submarine crew rescuing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rescuing the crew of an emergency submarine lying on the ground. The rescue device for submariners consists of a buoy body with positive buoyancy, where a radio unit and an autonomous power source are installed, attachment and recoil devices, a cable-cable for connecting to the submarine. The rescue device includes containers with inflatable life rafts, which are brought into working condition automatically after the device ascends to the sea surface and are connected to the buoy hull by a line.
EFFECT: provision of long-term presence of submariners on the water surface.
