FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed hydrocarbon lubricant for wire ropes comprising a mineral oil, a plasticiser oil, and petroleum waste, which is characterized in that as plasticiser oil comprises a plasticiser "ПH-6ш" as waste oil comprises a precipitate formed on the walls of the pipes for oil transport and further comprises polyethylene wax, with the following component ratio wt %: oil plasticiser "ПH-6ш" 25-30, the precipitate formed on the walls of the pipelines, with a protractor application of oil 25-35, 3-5 polyethylene wax, mineral oil - the rest. The proposed hydrocarbon lubricant for steel ropes is superior to the prototype by the dropping point, while the performance index on the four-ball friction machine (wear spot diameter) is at the prototype level. Also in the composition of the lubricant there are no scarce products, but contains the available raw materials, and the used PGHS is an oil waste and does not require additional processing, complicated in hardware design.
EFFECT: cost of making lubricants is reduced.
