SUBSTANCE: conservative lubricant for metal surfaces of machines containing mineral oil, petrolatum petroleum, an anti-corrosion additive is proposed, which is characterized in that it contains M-11 as a mineral oil, as an anti-rust additive, includes an additive MNI-7, and additionally contains a precipitate, formed on the walls of pipelines during the transportation of oil, with the following ratio of components wt %: Petrolatum oil 10.0-14.0; Additive MNI-7 0.5-1.5; Sediment formed on the walls of pipelines during oil transportation 25.0-35.0; Oil M-11 - the rest. The proposed preservative grease, in comparison with the prototype, has a higher dropping point, as well as an upper temperature limit of use. At the same time, an available raw material component is used in the composition of the lubricant - an oil sediment formed on the walls of pipelines during the transportation of oil, which is an oil waste.
EFFECT: significant reduction in the cost of lubrication and the expansion of raw materials.
