FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: conservative lubricant for machines and devices containing mineral oil, an additive and a thickening agent is proposed, which is characterized in that the mineral oil comprises oil for instrumentation MEP, as additive for additive MNI-7, as a thickener contains a precipitate formed on the walls pipelines for oil transportation, with the following ratio of components, wt%: sediment formed on the walls of pipelines during oil transportation 25-30; additive MNI-7 0.5-1.5; instrument oil MVP is the rest. The proposed preservative grease, in comparison with the prototype, has a higher dropping point, as well as an upper temperature limit of use.
EFFECT: there is no deficit thickener - ceresin, but an available raw material component is used - an oil sediment formed on the walls of oil pipelines during oil transportation, which is an oil waste, which allows to significantly reduce the cost of lubrication and expand raw materials resources.
