FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining a food product involves mixing the extracts of wild and cultivated berries with natural honeydew honey and citric acid, at the following ratio of components, wt %: natural honeydew honey - 10, food citric acid - 0.1, berry extracts - the rest. The resulting product is packaged into the container that is sealed semi-hermetically.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a food product that contains biologically active substances and possesses good organoleptic characteristics, and to preserve native nutrients due to extracts and honeydew honey as ingredients of its composition.
