FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: to predict the malignant tumour disease recurrence, severity of the skin immune delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction is determined during cancer patients treatment and rehabilitation. Tumour-associated antigens are injected intradermally, followed by skin hyperemia zone size measurement in millimeters, after a predetermined time after TAA administration. Absence of skin flushing or skin flushing size of less than the reference value indicates a high risk of cancer recurrence. Skin redness flushing size over the reference value indicates a low risk of cancer recurrence.
EFFECT: invention allows to assess the state of the immune system anti-tumour activity, does not require application of specialized laboratory equipment and specially trained personnel.
