FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: heat recovery system comprises a chamber recovery steam generator (HRSG) in fluid communication with the high-speed flow of exhaust from the turbine; an inlet pipe for the high-speed exhaust flow from the turbine HRSG camera; a plurality of tubes placed in the chamber HRSG, comprising a tube of the front row, the most upstream relative to the direction of high-speed exhaust flow and a grid structural group, comprising at least one latticed panel having a plurality of openings arranged in the HRSG chamber upstream of the HRSG front pipes in the chamber, the grid constructive group provides resistance to dispersion and distribution of the exhaust gas by providing resistance to redirect part of the high-speed exhaust flow to the front row sections to improve exhaust gas distribution in the HRSG chamber, and wherein the grate structural group allows the remaining portion of the high-speed exhaust stream to pass through the openings of the at least one grid structure group to form a plurality of smaller jets that are partially dissipated prior to contacting Front tubes to reduce the aerodynamic load on the front pipes.
EFFECT: uniform distribution of exhaust flow and reducing the aerodynamic loads on the pipe.
