FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to heat recovery steam generators, to laying a channel system associated with such devices. Heat recovery steam generator comprises a plurality of modules including a corresponding upper annular flange and a corresponding lower annular flange. Each of the modules is connected to at least one other module for jointly defining a housing having a first side, a second side, a third side and a fourth side, defining therebetween an inner part of the housing and an outer part of the housing. Inner part of the housing defines at least one channel for the flow of heated gas along the flow axis of the heated gas. Each channel includes a plurality of channel elements that are spaced apart from each other along the flow axis of the heated gas to limit the gaps between them. Channel elements extend from the first side to the fourth side inside the inner part of the first housing and are located at a distance from the second and third sides. Plurality of stiffeners extending along the axis of flow of heated gas, wherein each of the stiffeners is located on the first wall and the fourth wall in the inner part of the housing and is located between two of the channel elements. Stiffeners and channel elements almost have the same coefficient of thermal expansion. Upper annular flange of each module is attached to the corresponding upper ends of the channel elements and the corresponding upper ends of the stiffeners. Lower annular flange of each module can be attached to the corresponding lower ends of the channel elements and the corresponding lower ends of the stiffeners. Plurality of connecting rods, each of the connecting rods is connected to at least one of the channel elements and one of the lower annular flange and the upper annular flange. Connecting rods are pulled outside the first housing only on the first and second sides of the housing to be attached to structural steel, wherein outside the first housing on the third and fourth sides of the housing, the connecting rods are not pulled to attach to structural steel. In yet another embodiment of the invention, the heat recovery steam generator comprises a shell having an outer part, comprising a top and a bottom opposite the top, and the top defines top opening, and the bottom defines a bottom opening, wherein the outer part also has a first side, a second side, a third side and a fourth side.
EFFECT: reducing the cracking of the structure and reducing structural distortions and deformations in the heat recovery steam generator.
