SUBSTANCE: alloy based on chromium contains, wt %: nickel 31.0-33.0, tungsten 1.0-3.0, vanadium 0.1-0.4, titanium 0.05-0.3, tantalum 0.05-0.2, niobium 0.05-0.2, hafnium 0.05-0.2, zirconium up to 0.05, impurities, each: nitrogen 0.03, oxygen 0.04, carbon 0.06, (aluminium + silicon) 0.2. The fusion of mentioned alloy is carried out in a vacuum furnace using a charge consisting of pure starting materials, pouring into preheated molds and cooling molds with a melt at a predetermined rate.

EFFECT: increase in creep resistance and increase in long-term strength due to increased resistance to grain-boundary slip.
