FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to corrosion-resistant heat-resistant alloys for parts of the hot path of gas turbine engines and installations operating in aggressive media up to 750–1000 °C. Heat-resistant nickel-based cast alloy contains, wt %: carbon up to 0.15; chromium 13–17; aluminum 3–4; titanium 3–5; cobalt 8–11; tungsten 2–6; molybdenum 0.3–2; tantalum 0.3–2.3; niobium 0.1–2.0; boron up to 0.02; hafnium up to 0.15; zirconium up to 0.10; calcium up to 0.05; magnesium up to 0.05; lanthanum up to 0.30; cerium up to 0.05; yttrium up to 0.30; barium up to 0.03; rhenium up to 0.15; nickel – the rest.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high values of long-term strength at temperatures of 870–980 °C and resistance to sulfide oxide and chloride corrosion, as well as it has structural stability to the resource.
