FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to corrosion-resistant heat-resistant alloys for parts of the hot path of gas turbine engines and installations, which work for a long time in aggressive media at temperatures up to 700–1,000 °C. Heat-resistant nickel-based foundry alloy contains, wt%: carbon 0.03–0.15, chromium 11–14, cobalt 8–10, molybdenum 1.3–2.5, tungsten 3.4–4.6, tantalum 3.5–5.0, niobium to 1.0, aluminum 2.8–4.2, titanium 3.3–4.6, boron 0.005–0.03, zirconium 0.01–0.10, hafnium up to 0.6, barium up to 0.10, lanthanum up to 0.2, yttrium up to 0.2, cerium up to 0.2, nickel – the rest.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high values of long-term strength at temperatures of 927–982 °C, resistance to sulfide oxide and chloride corrosion, as well as increased structural stability of the resource.
