FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nickel-based heat-resistant alloys intended for the manufacture of parts of gas turbine engines and plants operating for a long time in aggressive environments at temperatures up to 750°C. Nickel-based heat-resistant cast alloy contains, wt.%: chromium 18-20, cobalt 11-13, niobium 4.0-6.0, tantalum 2.5-3.5, molybdenum 2.5-3.5, titanium 0.5-1.5, aluminium 0.2-1.0, carbon up to 0.10, boron up to 0.02, tungsten up to 0.50, hafnium up to 0.20, magnesium up to 0.05, lanthanum up to 0.20, gadolinium up to 0.20, at least one element from the group: yttrium and erbium up to 0.20, if necessary, dysprosium and zirconium: dysprosium up to 0.05, zirconium up to 0.03, nickel - the rest.
EFFECT: increase in long-term strength, corrosion resistance, structural stability, as well as an increase in the service life of the alloy at temperatures up to 750°C.
