SUBSTANCE: on weeks 10-12 of gestation, the contents of hypoxia induced factor Hif-1 is determinedα in placenta gomogenate by immunoenzyme analysis, and if the titer of class G antibodies to Cytomegalovirus is 1:1600, Hif-1α content in placenta gomogenate increased to 4.2±0.09 ng/ml, indicating the decreased blood supply to the placenta, the miscarriage threat is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows to estimate the intensity of placenta blood supply formation in case of cytomegalovirus infection exacerbation in the first trimester of gestation.
