FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used as a method for predicting the delay in the formation of the placenta and the development of the embryo in the exacerbation of cytomegalovirus infection, suppressing the activity of the vascular endothelial factor, and developing the embryo. Essence of the method: the IgG antibody titer is determined for CMV at the 7-9 week of gestation and the vascular endothelial factor VEGF-1 is determined in the chorion homogenate. In 7-9 week gestation of IgG antibody titer to CMV 1:1600, the content of vascular endothelial factor VEGF-1 decreased to 14.40±1.2 ng/ml in the chorion homogenate, which creates a threat of formation of the placenta and development of the embryo.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the accuracy of predicting the delay in the formation of the placenta and the development of the embryo in the exacerbation of cytomegalovirus infection at the 7-9 week gestation.
