FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: food refreshing ice is proposed, consisting of drinking water and liquid and solid food products. As drinking water, refreshing ice contains melted degassed water. The mixture of drinking water and liquid and solid food products is frozen under the positive pressure in contact with the medium saturated with oxygen until the ice formation moment, wherein the mixture hardening is carried out at a negative temperature.
EFFECT: increasing the refreshing properties of food ice.
