FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: multilayer insulating material (1) comprises a layer of wool (4) on the basis of polyester fibers, placed between two air-bubble films (2). Multilayer insulating material (1) is made with the possibility to compress when used at least to a thickness of 30% of its original thickness and preferably to a thickness of 15 to 20% of its original thickness. The method for manufacturing the insulating material (1) comprises extruding the air-bubble film (2) and the simultaneous thermal lamination of the air-bubble film (2) with aluminium foil (3) in order to form a laminated element, introducing and gluing the wool (4) on the basis of polyester fibers between two laminated elements. Applying the insulating material (1) is possible in the roof sheathing, in walls, partition walls, or as a vapour barrier.
EFFECT: improved complex roof sheathing insulation.
