FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: installation consists of a block of hydrogenation, hydrotreating unit, a fractionation unit, and the hydrogen circulation unit. The hydrogenation unit includes serially connected first air cooler, the first catalytic reactor, a second air cooler and the first separator. The hydrotreating unit includes connected to each other first regenerative heat exchanger, the second catalytic reactor, a first furnace for heating the liquid mixture, the third air cooler, second and third separators. The fractionation unit includes the second, third and fourth recuperative heat exchangers in series, a second furnace, the main rectification column, first and second side rectification column, a fourth separator, fourth, fifth and sixth air coolers. Hydrogen circulation unit comprises a fifth separator connected in series, the first hydrogen compressor, seventh air cooler, Swing Adsorption hydrogen purification (HPA) unit, the second hydrogen compressor and eighth air cooler.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of refining synthetic oil fractions by allowing the selection of the optimal conditions for refining the process, which contributes to the improvement of existing processes and developing new, if necessary.
