FIELD: oil refining industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an installation of primary oil refining with its purification from sulfur and reservoir water containing a raw material reservoir connected through a process pipeline in series with the first and second mixers, the first and second plasma chemical reactors equipped with ultrasonic emitters, a third mixer, a mechanical filter, the first air cooling apparatus, a three-phase separator with an ultrasonic emitter, one output which is connected to the storage tank, the other outlet is connected to the third plasma chemical reactor. Water is discharged from the separator outlet, and the separator is connected through a recirculation line to a raw material tank, and the third plasma chemical reactor is connected to a two-phase vertical separator for the separation of elemental sulfur and hydrogen, whose outlet through a gas membrane compressor is connected to a second mixer and a vapor recovery unit. The outlet of the storage tank is connected in series with the first, second, third heat exchangers, a furnace, a distillation column, the top of which is connected to the entrance to the tubular space of the first heat exchanger, the outlet of which is connected to the second air cooling apparatus, the outlet of which is connected to the side inlet of the ejector, the outlet of which is connected to a reflux tank for collecting gasoline fraction, and the outlet of the tubular space of the first heat exchanger is connected to the entrance to the tubular space of the second heat exchanger, the outlet of which is connected to the entrance to the tubular space of the third heat exchanger, and the outlet of the tubular space of the third heat exchanger is connected to the entrance to the furnace. In the lower part of the distillation column there is an ultrasonic radiator and a fuel oil discharge line connected to the tubular space of the third heat exchanger, the outlet of which is connected through a third air cooling unit to a fuel oil collection tank, the middle part of the distillation column is connected to the entrance to the stripping section, in the lower part of which there is an ultrasonic radiator and the diesel fraction outlet line to the tubular space of the second heat exchanger, the output of which is connected through the fourth air cooling unit to the tank for collecting diesel fraction, the upper part of the stripping section is connected by vapors of light fractions through a gas compressor to the inlet of the distillation column located above its middle part.

EFFECT: increase in the production efficiency, quality of the products obtained.
