FIELD: recycling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to waste recycling devices. Installation for tire utilisation of with cylindrical mill and the system for end product separation consists of three units joined with conveyors. First unit is a tire grinding unit including a frame, a drive of mill rotation and the mill with teeth, a drive for tyre rotation, a drive for tyre feeding with a motion screw. Mil comprises teeth of the same height, teeth height is not less than the radial infeed on a tooth, the teeth are arranged in staggered order so that the back teeth overlap the gaps between the front teeth. Tire feed drive is made with the variable feed increasing in proportional to the mill axis approximation to the tire axis. Second unit is a block of separation of rubber crumb and pieces of metal cord, the unit includes mechanisms of magnetic separation of rubber crumb from pieces of metal cord, and aerodynamic separation for cotton or polyamide cord. Third unit is a unit for separation of scraps of cotton cord from rubber crumb, including a device for packing chips and pieces of cords in bags. Between the first and the second units a rod-type vibratory screen is installed, and between second and third unit there is a magnetic separator with asymmetric arrangement of permanent magnets.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of installation.
