SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. In some options, the ophthalmic lens comprises an optical element. The said optical element has an optical axis and surfaces including a front surface and a back surface. At least one of the said surfaces has an inner refractive region and a refractive-diffractive structure located outside of the said inner refractive region in the direction away from the said optical axis. The inner refractive region is configured to facilitate the optical refractive power of the remote focus. The said refractive-diffractive structure comprises one or more diffractive regions and one or more refractive regions. The diffractive region is configured to facilitate the multi-zone optical power, and the refractive region is configured to facilitate the far focus optical power.
EFFECT: application of the group of inventions will expand the range of technical means.
