FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: a composition based on recombinant adenovirus of RPAP-BMP-2, fibrin gel and synthetic β-tricalciumphosphate as osteoplastic material is described. A method of producing a composition is proposed comprising the steps of: obtaining pseudo-adenoviral particles carrying the cDNA of bone morphogenetic protein BMP-2; obtaining blood plasma enriched with platelets; producing a composition based on pseudo-adenoviral particles carrying BMP-2 cDNA, platelet gel osteoplastic material, β-tricalciumphosphate. The method provides, firstly, local directional administration of virus particles, and, secondly, allows to delay release of structure after the stage of inflammation, when the migration and differentiation of osteogenic precursors begins, the invention is intended for use in regenerative medicine for the purpose of repairing bone defects, resulting from traumatic and degenerative diseases.

EFFECT: increase in the regenerative capacity of bone tissue.
