FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: mixing, grinding, heat treatment and drying the mixture in the tank with rotating blades, and withdrawal of organic substances vapour released into the filter during the drying are performed. A plant component is represented by alcohol and brewing industry waste in the form of dry distiller's grains, which are taken in equal proportions by weight with scales. The mixture is treated in the container with rotating blades to the residual mass fraction of water in the scales of no more than 30-35%. The treated mixture is fractionated. The distiller's grains enriched after cleaning the scales with protein components of fish origin are used for obtaining a feed additive or a fertiliser.
EFFECT: reducing the process duration while increasing the shelf life of the final products.
