FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: bypass is formed between the lateral ventricle of the brain and the right atrium cavity. At that, the external jugular vein trunk, which flows into the subclavian vein, is exposed and isolated. The cardiac end of the catheter is punctured into the lumen of the external jugular vein and moved along the subclavian vein, the superior hollow vein into the right atrium cavity.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce surgery and postoperative trauma, which is achieved by catheter direction along the external jugular vein.
