FIELD: medicine, particularly, neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: method includes implantation of ventricular catheter connected with valve system into posterior or anterior horn; conduction of distal end of catheter of liquoro-draining system to wound on anterior abdomen wall; opening of ureter and urinary bladder on side of operation; dissection, at distance of 5-7 cm, of ureter; implantation of proximal length of ureter into urinary bladder with antireflux protection; introduction of distal end of catheter of liquoro-draining system into distal length of ureter and fixation with ligatures. EFFECT: reduced injury of operative intervention.
