Fan cooling tower contains exhaust tower with air inlet windows around the perimeter of its lower part, water trap, water distribution system with tapering nozzles and located symmetrically relative to the longitudinal axis of the tower, irrigator and basin, divided into sections by partitions, each is made of bimetal in a zigzag manner with the formation of confusers and diffusers alternating in a staggered pattern in the section, and the water distribution system is made of pairwise arranged narrowing nozzles and on the inner surface of each of the pair of nozzles, curved grooves are arranged longitudinally from a larger base to a smaller one, while in the first of a pair of nozzles, the curved groove guide has a direction clockwise, and in the second, the curved groove guide has an anti-clockwise direction, while the exhaust tower is equipped with a fan located in its upper part, a fan drive speed regulator and a temperature controller with an ambient air temperature sensor, at that the temperature controller with its output is connected to the speed controller of rotation in the form of a unit of powder electromagnetic couplings, and the temperature controller contains a comparison unit and a task block, besides the comparison unit is connected to the input of an electronic amplifier equipped with a nonlinear feedback unit, and the output of the electronic amplifier is connected to the input of a magnetic amplifier with a rectifier, that is connected to the speed controller of rotation at the input, at the same time, the coating with fine-fiber basalt material in the form of fine-fiber twisted beams on the outer surface of the cooling tower is made with sets, where the beams are in pairs, the number of not less than four are arranged in the form of sinusoids longitudinally elongated in height, the protrusions and valleys of which, when combined, are concentrators of moving seismic waves, and the areas of closest approximation of sinusoids are nodes that contribute to the formation of standing waves.
