SUBSTANCE: feature of the claimed method reducing radar visibility of the object is that the plasma formation is created by the high-voltage corona avalanche-streamer pulse discharge, and the synchronization of the sounding RVR pulses and the discharge pulses is performed by receiving the sounding RVR pulses and time changing of the generation start and the period of the discharge pulses following to the moment of the time coincidence of the RVR pulses and the discharge pulses.
EFFECT: expansion of the method scope and the reduction of the energy consumption.
