FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: system for preparing a cooled food product from the ingredients contains a capsule and a processor for processing the ingredients. The capsule is made with the possibility to retain at least some of the ingredients in the amount sufficient for preparing a single portion of the cooled food product. The capsule has an opening sealed with a rupturable seal, said opening being made with the possibility of connecting to the processor channel and extracting the capsule contents through said opening after said seal rupture. Said capsule carries indicative data of all process parameters and stages of processing the ingredients by the processor to produce a cooled food product after their extraction from the capsule. Wherein said parameters and processing stages are characteristic of the ingredients. Wherein said data are formatted in the order allowing them to be identified with a data reading device associated with the processor, thereby inducing the processor to apply said process parameters. Said processor comprises a mixing chamber and a cooling device for mixing the ingredients and cooling the mixture to thereby obtain the cooled food product. The processor comprises or is operatively connected to a data reading device and comprises a channel made with the possibility to be connected to the capsule and to supply at least most of the capsule contents to the mixing chamber. A capsule and a method for preparing the cooled product are also claimed.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the operation reliability of the processor and to obtain a product with the desired properties.
